Usage Instructions

    The perfect lip balm!

    Love, love, love this lip balm. I had been searching for ages to find a suitable replacement for the one I had used for years. Found this at the Eagle Bay winery when on holidays, and talked to the fellow there, who said he is your grandson. Love the story behind this too. Very happy to support a WA business.

    Some for me, some for them

    I think this is a great value way to get lip balm for you and some to give away. I took this lip balm on my Europe trip and it was amazing especially when I forgot my sunscreen or was out walking all day; I used this almost like stick foundation to touch up my cheeks and forehead when out and about. They all smell amazing!

    Unexpectedly exfoliating

    I had previously purchased the Kakadu plum lip balm and loved it; however, when I used the Kakadu plum lip balm from this sampler pack, it had a grainy texture as did the others (except for the coconut lip balm) so it was unexpected since the first one I used was so smooth on my lips. I’m disappointed, to be honest, as my lips don’t really need to be exfoliated. Perhaps the grainy texture was caused by heat exposure during transit, which separated the ingredients.

    Hi Carmela,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our SPF 50+ Lip Balm formulas are intended to be smooth. The grainy texture can come from a reaction the formula is experiencing when exposed to heat (as you may read on the label, this product is required to be stored below 30 degrees Celsius). This can occur from leaving it in your car, lying in the sun on a hot day or quite possibly, during transit (if ordered online or in transit to one of our retailers). Please note, the efficacy of the product should not be affected by this, so long as the product is used before the expiry date.
