As we move towards a more sustainable future, we have introduced the use of post-consumer recycled materials in our packaging. At the moment, our formulations are stabilised in 30% PCR plastic packaging and we are currently testing for higher percentages of PCR.

We are determined to change our packaging to increase PCR content or look at alternative non-plastic/zero-plastic packaging. 

We do not include any unnecessary plastic wrapping on our products, or within the orders we pack.

In Australia, sunscreen is classified as a cosmetic or therapeutic good. This means all our packaging must be glass, aluminium or 'food-grade’ virgin plastic. As mentioned above, we cannot use fully recycled plastics as these could hold contaminants so our alternative to this is the use of 30% PCR plastic for our packaging.

As well as this, we implemented our own Recycling Program and joined forces with Precious Plastic Margaret River and Precious Plastic Melbourne to recycle our We Are Feel Good Inc. bottles, tubes and
lids.

All of our outer packaging boxes and shippers are made with FSC certified cardboard which is 100% recyclable; behind every FSC label is a product that supports responsible forestry.
