All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney via Australia Post or StarTrack. If your order contains a product “bundle”, your order will be shipped from our HQ located in Dunsborough, WA via Australia Post or StarTrack. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Express shipping usually takes between 1-3 working days (taking into consideration weekends and public holidays) for delivery in metro areas. For all rural and remote areas, please allow additional days.

*With the current state of COVID-19 around the world, we are noticing intermittent shipping delays on international orders. We Are Feel Good Inc. is not liable for any delays and all tracking updates should be followed up by the customer. If packages are lost or unclaimed, the customer will be required to pay redelivery fees.
All international orders are shipped International Express via Australia Post. Once your parcel lands in the destination country, tracking numbers may update to your local mail carrier. It is advised you check with your local mail carrier’s website for tracking updates.
Any additional charges, including import taxes & duties, are incurred are at the expense of the customer. Please note, in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as “gift” for export purposes. If you have any questions regarding the price of duties and taxes in your country, it is advised you contact your local customs office. Refunds will not be provided on orders un-claimed at your local customs office.
All orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter address details. Please note, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
