General

Sale Period: The promotion is valid for a limited time only, as specified on our website and marketing communications.

Discount Eligibility: Sale discounts apply to individual full-priced products only. Bundles, gift sets, or already discounted items are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Gift With Purchase: Gift with purchase is subject to availability and as such may change at any time. Customers may receive a different gift upon delivery at the same value as the gift with purchase advertised.

All promotional items, free gifts, or Gifts with Purchase (GWP) are provided on an "as-is" basis and are subject to availability. These items are strictly promotional, have no cash value, and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
If qualifying item(s) that entitled you to a GWP are returned, the GWP must also be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. If the GWP is not returned with the qualifying item, the full retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Shipping & Dispatch: Due to increased order volumes during sale periods, please allow for extended lead times on order processing and shipping.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon checkout, as changes will incur further processing and lead times. In some cases, changes to delivery address my not be possible.

Stock Availability: All items are available while stocks last. No rainchecks or backorders will be offered.

Returns: Items purchased during the sale are subject to our standard returns policy. Refunds or exchanges will reflect the discounted purchase price, not the original retail price. PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer refunds on change of mind.

Other Offers: Sale prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, free shipping offers, or promotions.

Loyalty

Earning Points: Loyalty points can be accrued on purchases made during sale periods, unless otherwise stated.

Redeeming Points: During sale periods, redemption of loyalty points will be temporarily disabled and will resume once regular pricing and business operations recommence. This is to ensure no glitches occur when website traffic is high.

Account Updates: Points earned from sale purchases will be added to your account after your order has been processed.

Program Terms: All loyalty rewards and redemptions remain subject to our standard Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
