What’s the Sun Squad?

Sun Squad is our loyalty program. When you spend, you will earn points which can then be redeemed as a discount off a purchase. The more you spend the more points you get! ($1 = 1 point).

You will earn tiers the more you spend, which means you will have exclusive access to flash sales and exclusive offers. There are 3 tiers in total.

How do I join?

Ready to join the Sun Squad? All you need to do is create an account. Already have an account? Just sign in to access your rewards. If you haven't signed in for a while, you may need to reset your password.

Oops I forgot my password.

That's okay don't worry! Your points will remain in your account. Just follow the link to reset your password and you'll be able to sign back in.

I already know how to #spreadthefeelgood, will my previous orders give me rewards?

Unfortunately, not. You will only be able to earn points from when our Sun Squad Loyalty program is launched (October 12, 2023)

What do the points mean?

You will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. These can then be redeemed for dollar amounts off any purchase. Redeem and get your coupon code via your account page.

How can I use my points?

Redeeming points is easy! Log into your account and click 'Redeem My Points' and copy & paste your code at checkout. Be careful, once you redeem your points you have 30 days to use before they expire.

150 points = $15

300 points = $30

600 points = $60

1200 points = $120

How do I move up a tier?

It's pretty straight forward. The more you spend, the more rewards you'll receive. Within a 2-year period, spend $150 and you'll earn tier 2 (Solar Surfer). Spend $300 and you'll earn tier 3 (Sunshine Guru).

Do I get anything for moving up a tier?

Yes! You will receive points and a coupon code for free shipping on your next order. That's not all! The higher the tier, the more sun-believably good perks you get. You can view these via you account page.

I'm not receiving any emails...

Do purchases from stockists count towards my Sun Squad status?

Unfortunately no, the program is exclusive to online purchases.
